Need help writing a high elf list

Need help writing a high elf list, I'm new to playing wfb and need a highly competitive at 2400 pts for a new league so please let me know what a competitive would have all the way to magical items thanks.

My piece of advice, head over to iwfb.net and register for their forum. That's the main club board for the Illinois group. You'll probably get more help there.
