Epic Tournament at Adepticon

Postby Shaggrudd Dethblasta » Sun Aug 01, 2010 7:43 am

I was talking with Matt yesterday, and we are definitely having a Epic tournament at Adepticon this year. Either myself or John or both will be running it. What we were trying to figure out what would be the best day for everyone. Would you prefer Friday or Saturday? Early or later?

What are we going to be looking at for allowable lists?

Everything up on the GW site (with some modifications to eldar rules), Raiders 2.0, Tau 6.3.2, and probably Elysians 3.11. Seige is also going to be considered. All viable lists will be linked once everything is posted on the Adepticon site.

No spirit stones, pulse is x2 instead of random 1-3.

What about the changes in Warp Spider transport options per the 2008 Eratta?

Having read the 2011 Model Policy (<- that's a link), how strictly will you be enforcing the following?

2. Your army should be primarily constructed of models from the given game system and the appropriate model range(s). Supplementing your army with models from outside the game system is acceptable but should NOT be the norm.

Considering a Minervan Legion made from Exodus Wars Guild Tanks (<- also a link), appropriately modified for the various types. If it's not acceptable, there's more tanks where that came from.

Thanks

What you PMed me works fine. Just make sure that your opponents are aware of what everything is and that there is no confusion.

If anyone else wants to use counts-as models, please PM me to discuss it.

Thanks
